תקנון ותנאי שימוש

ברוכים הבאים ל"לכבוש את העולם" (להלן: "המשחק"), משחק טריוויה על גלובוס תלת-ממדי בכתובת conquerworld.app. השימוש במשחק מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה.

השימוש במשחק

• המשחק ניתן חינם, לשימוש אישי ולא מסחרי. אין צורך בהרשמה — בוחרים כינוי וצבע ומתחילים.
• הכינוי שתבחרו מוצג לשחקנים אחרים (בחדר משותף ובטבלאות השיאים). אסור לבחור כינוי פוגעני, מטעה או כזה שמתחזה לאדם אחר. אנו רשאים להסיר כינויים ותוצאות שאינם עומדים בכלל זה.
• אסור להשתמש בבוטים, סקריפטים או כל אמצעי אחר כדי לזייף תוצאות, להציף את השרתים או לפגוע בחוויית שחקנים אחרים. תוצאות חשודות עשויות להימחק מטבלאות השיאים.
• קטינים מתחת לגיל 13 מוזמנים לשחק בליווי הורה. אנו ממליצים לא להשתמש בשם מלא אמיתי ככינוי.

תוכן ושאלות

השקענו מאמץ בדיוק השאלות, אך ייתכנו טעויות. השאלות ניתנות לצורכי בידור ואינן מקור מוסמך. מצאתם טעות? נשמח לשמוע בעמוד יצירת הקשר.

קניין רוחני

המשחק, העיצוב, בנק השאלות, הקריינות והקוד הם רכושנו או בשימוש ברישיון (למשל נתוני גבולות ודגלים ממקורות פתוחים). אין להעתיק, לשכפל או להפיץ אותם ללא אישור בכתב.

אחריות

המשחק מסופק כמות שהוא (AS IS). איננו מתחייבים לזמינות רציפה, לשמירת תוצאות לצמיתות או להיעדר תקלות, ולא נישא באחריות לנזק עקיף הנובע מהשימוש בו. אנו רשאים לשנות, להשעות או להפסיק את המשחק או חלקים ממנו בכל עת.

שינויים ודין

נעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת; הגרסה העדכנית מתפרסמת בעמוד זה. על תנאים אלה חל הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט במחוז תל אביב.

אנחנו אוספים את המינימום הדרוש כדי שהמשחק יעבוד, ולא מוכרים או מעבירים מידע לצדדים שלישיים לצורכי פרסום. אין במשחק פרסומות.

מה נאסף

• מזהה אנונימי. בכניסה הראשונה נוצר עבורכם מזהה אקראי (ללא אימייל, טלפון או סיסמה) שנשמר בדפדפן, כדי שהתוצאות והחברים שלכם יישמרו בין משחקים.
• כינוי וצבע שבחרתם — מוצגים לשחקנים אחרים ובטבלאות השיאים.
• מיקום משוער (מדינה ועיר) שמחושב מכתובת ה-IP באמצעות שירות ipwho.is — רק כדי להציג טבלאות שיאים לפי מדינה ועיר. כתובת ה-IP עצמה אינה נשמרת אצלנו.
• תוצאות משחק (ניקוד, מספר מדינות, אחוז מכדור הארץ, רצף, דירוג) וקוד חבר לצורך חיבור בין חברים.
• נתוני שימוש בסיסיים — פתיחת העמוד, התחלת משחק, פתיחת חדר, שפה ומקור הגעה — כדי להבין מה עובד ומה לא. אנו משתמשים ב-Vercel Web Analytics, שאינו משתמש בעוגיות ואינו שומר כתובות IP, וברישום אירועים משלנו בבסיס הנתונים.
• אחסון מקומי בדפדפן (localStorage) לשפה, לכינוי ולהעדפות — נשאר במכשיר שלכם.

מי מחזיק במידע

המידע מאוחסן אצל Supabase (שרתים באיחוד האירופי) ומוגש דרך Vercel. ספריות קוד נטענות מ-jsDelivr. ספקים אלה מעבדים את המידע עבורנו בלבד.

זכויותיכם

תוכלו לבקש לראות או למחוק את המידע שנשמר על המזהה שלכם — שלחו לנו את קוד החבר שלכם (מופיע במסך החברים) דרך עמוד יצירת הקשר ונטפל בבקשה תוך 30 יום. מחיקת נתוני הדפדפן (localStorage) מנתקת את המכשיר מהמזהה.

ילדים

המשחק מתאים לכל הגילאים ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מזהה על ילדים מעבר לכינוי שהם בוחרים. הורים — אם לדעתכם ילד מסר מידע אישי, פנו אלינו ונמחק אותו.

הצהרת נגישות

אנו שואפים שהמשחק יהיה נגיש לכמה שיותר אנשים, ברוח תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ותקן WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA ככל שהדבר אפשרי במשחק גרפי.

מה עשינו

• ניגודיות צבעים גבוהה, כפתורים גדולים ומרווחים, וטקסט קריא.
• הגדלת המסך בצביטה (pinch-zoom) מאופשרת בכל העמודים.
• ממשק בעברית ובאנגלית, כולל כיווניות נכונה (RTL/LTR).
• כל הצלילים והקריינות ניתנים להשתקה; המידע החשוב מוצג גם בטקסט.
• הזיהוי של שחקנים מבוסס על כינוי וצבע יחד, לא על צבע בלבד.

מגבלות ידועות

לב המשחק הוא גלובוס תלת-ממדי המופעל במגע או בעכבר, ולכן אינו נגיש במלואו לקוראי מסך או לניווט במקלדת בלבד. אנו עובדים על שיפורים, ונשמח לקבל משוב.

Welcome to "Conquer the World" (the "Game"), a globe trivia game at conquerworld.app. By playing you agree to these terms.

Using the Game

• The Game is free for personal, non-commercial use. No sign-up — pick a nickname and a colour and play.
• Your nickname is shown to other players (in shared rooms and on leaderboards). Offensive, misleading or impersonating nicknames are not allowed; we may remove nicknames and results that break this rule.
• Bots, scripts or any other means of faking results, flooding our servers or spoiling the experience for others are prohibited. Suspicious results may be removed from the leaderboards.
• Children under 13 are welcome to play with a parent. We recommend not using a real full name as a nickname.

Content

We work hard on question accuracy, but mistakes happen. Questions are for entertainment and are not an authoritative source. Found an error? Tell us via the contact section.

Intellectual property

The Game, its design, question bank, voice-over and code are ours or used under licence (e.g. border data and flags from open sources). Do not copy, reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Liability

The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of results or freedom from bugs, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Israeli law governs these terms, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed for the Game to work, and we never sell or share data with third parties for advertising. The Game has no ads.

What we collect

• An anonymous ID. On first visit a random identifier (no email, phone or password) is created and stored in your browser so your results and friends persist between games.
• Nickname and colour you choose — shown to other players and on leaderboards.
• Approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address through ipwho.is — only to show country and city leaderboards. The IP address itself is not stored by us.
• Game results (score, countries, share of Earth, streak, rank) and a friend code for connecting with friends.
• Basic usage data — page opens, game starts, rooms opened, language and referrer — to understand what works. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not store IP addresses, plus our own event log in the database.
• Browser storage (localStorage) for language, nickname and preferences — stays on your device.

Who holds the data

Data is stored with Supabase (servers in the EU) and served through Vercel. Code libraries are loaded from jsDelivr. These providers process the data for us only.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete the data stored under your ID — send us your friend code (shown on the friends screen) through the contact section and we will handle it within 30 days. Clearing your browser storage disconnects the device from the ID.

Children

The Game suits all ages and we do not knowingly collect identifying information from children beyond the nickname they choose. Parents — if you believe a child shared personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Accessibility Statement

We aim to make the Game accessible to as many people as possible, following WCAG 2.0 level AA wherever a graphical game allows.

What we did

• High colour contrast, large well-spaced buttons and readable text.
• Pinch-zoom is enabled on every page.
• Hebrew and English interface with correct text direction.
• All sounds and voice-over can be muted; key information is also shown as text.
• Players are identified by nickname and colour together, never by colour alone.

Known limitations

The heart of the Game is a 3D globe operated by touch or mouse, so it is not fully accessible to screen readers or keyboard-only navigation. We are working on improvements and welcome feedback.
